§ Lieut.-Colonel COLVILLEUnder Article 15 of the recent Trade Agreement, United Kingdom producers will be entitled to full rights of audience before the Tariff Board when, following a request by the United Kingdom Government to the Canadian Government, it is reviewing existing protective duties in accordance with the principle set out in Article 11 of the Agreement.

Mr. MANDER (for Mr. YOUNG)asked the Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs whether his attention has been drawn to the statement of Mr. Bennett that the Canadian Government did not consider itself bound to accept the Tariff Board decisions; and whether, in view of Articles 13 and 14 of the Ottawa Agreements, His Majesty's Government will make the appropriate representations
