§ Mr. SHAKESPEAREMy right hon. Friend is informed that efforts have been and are being made by the Metropolitan Water Board to scare gulls away from their reservoirs, but that because of the large area covered by the reservoirs, this is not wholly practicable. My right hon. Friend is assured that no danger to public health need be apprehended.
