asked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury whether he will consider laying before the House now, and at the end of each financial year, a return giving the names of Surtax and Super-tax payers who owe more than £1,000 and are more than one year in arrear with the amounts?

No, Sir. It would be definitely contrary to public policy to make any such departure from the condition of secrecy that necessarily attaches to the liability of the individual taxpayer.
