§ Mr. EDENI understand that the Mayor of Buenos Aires has submitted to the municipality an emergency tariff scheme, involving an increase of tramway fares, which is now under consideration, and that the plan for the formation of a traffic combine, referred to in the reply given to my Noble Friend on the 6th of April, is now being studied and discussed by the various interested parties.

§ Mr. EDENNo, I am afraid that I cannot. Now that these discussions are going on, we must await the result.
