asked the First Lord of the Admiralty whether all naval ratings whilst serving in the Royal Air Force camps can be given four meals a day as when afloat or receive the difference between naval victualling allowance and Royal Air Force victualling allowance?

Naval ratings serving in Royal Air Force Camps are victualled under the Royal Air Force system, which provides for the following:—Early Tea, Breakfast, Dinner, Tea, and in addition Supper for those who choose to take it.
