§ Major ELLIOTThe reorganisation of the tax collection arrangements for the Wirral peninsula (which includes the areas of Hoylake and Birkenhead) is at present under consideration but no immediate change in existing arrangements is in contemplation. In this as in all other changes in Income Tax areas the convenience of taxpayers affected will receive the fullest consideration.
