§ Mr. EDENAs stated in the reply given to my hon. Friend the Member for the City of Chester (Sir C. Cayzer) on the 21st of March last, negotiations on this matter are in progress. My right hon. Friend does not consider that any useful purpose would be served by making the proposed inquiry at this time.
