§ 19. Mr. CRAVEN-ELLISasked the Secretary of State for India if he can state whether arrangements will be made for any of the Indian delegates at the Ottawa Conference to have instructions from the Government of India with regard to the extent to which the latter is prepared to co-operate on the question of Empire air communications passing over Indian territory; and, if not, whether he will consider drawing the attention of the Indian Government to the desirability of taking the necessary steps to enable their delegates to take advantage of the opportunity offered by the Ottawa Conference in this connection?
