§ Mr. PYBUSI am unable to state the position with regard to the scheme for a high level bridge at Carmarthen until I have received from the county council the information asked for in the circular letter addressed to all highway authorities on the 15th September with respect to limitation of expenditure. Traffic will continue to make use of the existing bridge.
