§ Mr. P. SNOWDENThe amount of the net War Debt of France to Great Britain as at the date of the Funding Agreement of 16th July, 1926 (Command Paper 179 2692), was £600 millions. The annuities fixed by the agreement do not distinguish between repayment of capital and interest. The total amount paid under the agreement to date is 243,625,000.
