§ Sir H. BETTERTONI certainly hope so, and, as the hon. Member knows, under the terms of the Act it will be laid on the Table of the House.

§ Sir H. BETTERTONThey have been considering them during the meetings which have been held.
§ Mr. THORNEBut have you submitted to them regulations for their consideration?
§ Sir H. BETTERTONYes, I have, and I am awaiting their report on what they think of the regulations.
