§ 43. Mr. PERRYasked the Minister of Health the estimated annual relief to owners of agricultural land and others in the county of Northamptonshire by the de-rating of agricultural land and buildings under the Local Government Act, 1929?
Mr. CHAMBERLAINIt is estimated that, but for the de-rating of agricultural hereditaments, the amount of rates paid 1813 in respect of those hereditaments during the year to the 31st March, 1930, in the Administrative County of Northampton, would have been about £79,000. This relief was, of course, afforded to the occupiers of these hereditaments.
