(1) SECOND READING.
One allotted day shall be given to the Second Reading of the Bill, and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion he brought to a conclusion at 11 p.m. on that day.

(2) COM3IITTEE STAGE.
Two allotted days shall be given to the Committee stage of the Bill, and the proceedings in Committee on each allotted day shall be as shown in the second column of Table I; and those proceedings shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion at the time shown in the third column of that Table.

(3) REPORT STAGE AND THIRD READING.
One allotted day shall be given to the Report stage and Third Reading of the Bill, and the proceedings thereon shall, if not previously brought to a conclusion, be brought to a conclusion at 10.30 p.m. on that day.
