The requirement will not, therefore be completely fulfilled until July, 1932.

§ Sir H. SAMUELI am aware of the inconvenience, and that was why the instruction was given. But it involves considerable structural alterations to these vehicles which can best be done when they are brought in for the annual overhaul.
