Mr. THOMASNo progress has been made in these negotiations. The question of introducing more effective measures for the protection of game in Africa by international agreement was raised at a congress recently held in Paris at which His Majesty's Government was officially represented and the matter will be further considered when the report of the proceedings of the congress is available.
