§ Captain EDENThe expenses of the Council of the League of Nations are accounted for in the general budget of the League, and I regret that no separate estimate is available. Since the travelling and maintenance expenses of the delegates are met by their respective Governments, the actual cost of the Council falling on the League is presumably quite insignificant.
