During the 12 months ended the 31st August, 1931, no flour imported into the United Kingdom was registered as consigned from the Soviet Union.

§ Sir P. CUNLIFFE-LISTERI know of no means by which I could get the information. There is no source from which I could get that information. Nearly all this corn comes from the Black Sea, and it is most unlikely that any part of it is transferred across the railways of other countries.
