Mr. PALMERasked the Minister of Health whether, owing to the difficulty many purchasers of houses are faced with in having to meet their instalments, he will introduce legislation granting either a moratorium or a reduction of the amount of instalments to be paid with necessary extension of periods of payment?
Sir H. YOUNGI have no reason to believe that the difficulty which my hon. Friend has in mind is at all widespread, and I am sure that such action as he suggests is neither necessary nor practicable.
