Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1921 and 1929, on the application of the Rhyl urban district council, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Skegness urban district council, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Luton Gas Company, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved, subject to the following addition at the end of Clause 73:— Provided that the powers of this section shall not be exercised in regard to any street belonging to a railway company except with the consent of that company, but such consent shall not be unreasonably withheld nor shall the company in carrying out any works authorised by this section unreasonably obstruct or interfere with the access to any such street.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Newquay (Cornwall) Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Wantage urban district council, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Hornsey Gas Company, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Berkhampstead Gas Company, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Gloucester Gaslight Company, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Gloucester Gaslight Company (the Gloucester Gas (No. 2) Order, 1931), which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved, subject to the substitution of the word 'Company' for the word 'directors,' in Clause 5.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under the Gas Undertakings Acts, 1920 and 1929, on the application of the Cannock, Hednesford, and District Gas Company, Limited, which was presented on the 10th day of November and published, be approved."—[Mr. Hore Belisha.]
