§ Mr. RUNCIMANThe Safeguarding Duties on lace, cutlery, gloves, gas mantles and packing and wrapping paper have expired during the period mentioned. With my hon. and gallant Friend's permission I will circulate particulars of the revenue obtained from these duties in the OFFICIAL REPORT. As regards the last part of the question cutlery, gloves and packing and wrapping paper are included in the Order made on the 20th November under the Abnormal Importations (Customs Duties) Act.
