asked the Minister of Agriculture if he will take steps to have the foreign trade-mark applied to all Russian butter entering the United Kingdom to ensure its marketing under its correct designation?

The draft of an Order-in-Council, in pursuance of the provisions of the Merchandise Marks Act, 1926, requiring the marking of all imported butter with an indication of origin was laid before Parliament on the 10th November last. I am sending my hon. Friend a copy of the draft Order for his information.
