HC Deb 21 May 1931 vol 252 c2199
58. Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has any further statement to make on the proposals for extracting oil from British coal supplies?

Mr. W. GRAHAM

I regret that it is not yet possible to add anything to the statements made by my right hon. Friend the Lord Privy Seal in the House in Debate on the 16th April and on behalf of the Secretary for Mines on the 5th May.

Lieut.-Commander KENWORTHY

Will the right hon. Gentleman be good enough to let me know when it will be ready?

Mr. GRAHAM

Yes, certainly.
