§ Mr. PARKINSONI assume that the hon. and gallant Member refers to a sound film which was recently made with the object of drawing attention to some of the provisions of the Highway Code. This film was made by British Movietone News, Limited, at the request of the National Safety First Association and was included in their weekly news film. No charge on public funds was involved.
§ Sir W. BRASSWill the hon. Gentleman arrange for this film to be shown to Members of Parliament?
