Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of part of the county of Dumfries, which was presented on the 30th day of April, 1931, he approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of part of the urban district of Otley and part of the rural district of Wharfedale, in the West Riding of the county of York, which was presented on the 29th day of April, 1931, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of the urban district of Nantyglo and Blaina, in the county of Monmouth, which was presented on the 28th day of April, 1931, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and the Shropshire, Worcestershire, and Staffordshire Electric Power Act, 1930, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, to increase the capital and borrowing powers of the Shropshire, Worcestershire, and Staffordshire Electric Power Company, which was presented on the 29th day of April, 1931, be approved.

Resolved, That the Special Order made by the Electricity Commissioners, under the Electricity (Supply) Acts, 1882 to 1928, and confirmed by the Minister of Transport under the Electricity (Supply) Act, 1919, and the Public Works Facilities Act, 1930, in respect of the urban district of Longridge and parts of the rural districts of Preston and Garstang, in the county palatine of Lancaster, which was presented on the 30th day of April, 1931, be approved."—[Mr. Parkinson.]
