§ Mr. SHINWELLI would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the announcement I made in this House last week, during the Debate on the Third Reading of the Mining Industry (Welfare Fund) Bill, that I am setting up a special committee, under the chairmanship of Lord Chelmsford, to review the work of the fund fully, with special reference to the amount and duration of the welfare levy, and to make recommendations.
