HC Deb 14 May 1931 vol 252 cc1373-4
89. Captain CROOKSHANK

asked the Attorney-General whether his attention has been called to the delay in hearing pension appeals in the northern section; and whether he will state what are the reasons for the delay, particularly in appeals under the jurisdiction of the Leeds office?

The ATTORNEY-GENERAL

I am informed that as a rule these appeals are heard within a month of the date on which they are set down. If the hon. and gallant Member will give me particulars of any case where delay has occurred I will see that it is looked into.
