§ Mr. PETHICK-LAWRENCEThe preference on Empire tobacco was first granted in 1919, and was increased to the present amounts in 1925. That being so, I am not quite clear as to what figures the hon. and gallant Member desires, but if he will let me know I will endeavour to supply them.
