§ And also, a Bill intituled, "An Act to constitute and incorporate a Joint Board consisting of representatives of the urban district councils of Trowbridge and Melksham and the rural district councils of Melksham and Westbury and Whor-wellsdown; to transfer and to vest in the Board the undertaking of the Trowbridge Water Company; to authorise the Board to supply water; and for other purposes."
