asked the Secretary of State for Scotland when the report of the Royal Commission on Licensing in Scotland will be issued?

Mr. WESTWOOD

I understand that the Commission hope to be able to make their report towards the end of this month; and arrangements will be made for its presentation and issue as soon as possible thereafter.

Mr. MARLEY

Is there any truth in the suggestion that Scotland will probably go "dry"?

Mr. WESTWOOD

My right hon. Friend is awaiting the report.
