§ Mr. BENNThe Government of India have appointed a committee to work out the details for the establishment of a training college for the Army, as recommended at the Conference. As regards other matters, the Government of India intend very shortly to issue a comprehensive statement of the preparatory work now in progress or in immediate contemplation, and it would be convenient if my hon. and gallant Friend would await this.
