HC Deb 20 March 1931 vol 249 c2350
Mr. W. ADAMSON

I beg to move in page 3, line 5, at the end, to insert the words: (2) A landlord shall be entitled to recover from the Department any expenses reasonably incurred by him in complying with a requisition under the foregoing subsection. This Amendment meets an undertaking which was given in Committee, and its object is to secure that if a landlord is put to any expense in supplying information to the Department then the Department shall reimburse him.

Sir F. THOMSON

This is a reasonable Amendment, and we thank the right hon. Gentleman for putting it down.

Amendment agreed to.
