§ Mr. MONTAGUEThe question of developing night air mails from this country abroad is primarily one for the 2009 decision of the operating companies concerned, but the Air Ministry is keeping in close touch with the whole question. Conferences of air and postal administrations of certain European States will be held in Prague in June and Brussels in October next, at which this matter will be examined.
