§ 69. Mr. DAYasked the President of the Board of Trade what is his decision with regard to the representations recently made to him on the subject of legislation to amend the Cinematograph Films Act, 1927?
§ Mr. W. GRAHAMNo such representations have been made to me recently.
§ Mr. GRAHAMThat, of course, as my hon. Friend knows, is only a part of the Act, and, although representations were made at one time on different features of it, I am unable, at all events until we have longer experience, to promise any additional legislation.
§ Mr. GRAHAMNo; that does not lie with me at all; that is for the trade itself.
