§ Mr. W. GRAHAMI have received no details of the proposals for tariff modifications which I understand will shortly be laid before the Canadian Parliament. As regards the second part of the question, it is the intention to examine fully at the proposed Economic Conference at Ottawa the various means by which inter-Imperial trade may best be maintained and extended.
