§ Mr. BENNI have no recent information as to the course of the negotiations between the Government of India and the Union Government regarding the Transvaal Asiatic Tenure (Amendment) Bill. The Second Reading of the Bill has not been taken in the Union Parliament.
§ Mr. BENNI imagine that the information reaches the office, but the Government of India have their own representative there.
