asked the Minister of Agriculture when the report of the National Parks Committee is likely to be issued?

Dr. ADDISON

I hope that it will be possible for the Committee to report at an early date.

Mr. ALBERY

What is the cause of this very long delay?

Dr. ADDISON

I myself have passed the final printed proof of the report. It is a complicated subject.
