Mr. ALEXANDER52 flag officers were employed on full pay in 1913, of these three were supernumeraries lent to Dominion or foreign Governments. In March, 1931, 44 are employed and of these three are supernumeraries lent to Dominion Governments. This number will be further reduced by two about May.
