§ The PRIME MINISTERThere is a Chancellor of the Duchy existing, whose duly it is to look after the interests of Lancashire, and he is doing his work admirably?
§ Mr. HACKINGSurely the hon. Gentleman is not capable of looking after the duties of the Post Office as well as the duties of the Chancellor of the Duchy.
