§ Mr. VIANTIt has been arranged with the Canadian authorities that, as soon as the connecting air service is available, letters prepaid for air transmission will be carried by sea to the Strait of Belle Isle and thence by air to Montreal and beyond. An announcement regarding the date of opening of the service and the air fees payable will be made in due course.
