§ The PRESIDENT of the BOARD of TRADE (Mr. William Graham)It is proposed to ratify the International Convention on Load Lines so soon as it has been possible to pass the necessary legislation to enable effect to be given to it.
§ Mr. ALBERYCan the right hon. Gentleman give any idea as to when this legislation will be introduced?
§ Mr. GRAHAMWe would like to see the Safety of Life and the Load Line Conventions embodied in one Bill, and promoted at an early date in the other House.
