§ The PRIME MINISTERI beg to move,
That the proceedings on each of the three allotted days which, under the Order of the House of the 4th day of June, are to be given to the Report stage of the Finance Bill shall be those shown in the following Table, and those proceedings, if not previously brought to a conclusion, shall be 1031 brought to a conclusion at the time shown in the third column of that Table, and the said Order of the 4th day of June shall have effect as if the provisions of this Order were contained therein and formed part thereof.

§ This Motion is to carry out the promise that I made to the House. It is an agreed Motion.
1032§ Captain CROOKSHANKI will not oppose this Motion, but I do not think it ought to go out that it is an agreed Motion. The sub-division of the time may be agreed but no one on this side of the House agrees that the Finance Bill ought to have come under this procedure at all.
