§ Mr. BENNNo, Sir. I hope that the formal invitations for the further meeting of the Federal Structure Committee will issue very shortly. As regards the terms of reference I would refer my hon. Friend to the reply which I gave on 3rd June to the hon. Member for Kidderminster (Mr. Wardlaw-Milne).
