§ Mr. W. GRAHAMI am informed by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries that returns received from canners in response to a recent questionnaire indicate that the commercial output of canned fruit and vegetables in this country was approximately 5,700,000 cans of fruit and 1,500,000 cans of vegetables in 1928, the corresponding figures for 1930 being 18,700,000 and 15,750,000 respectively.
