HC Deb 23 June 1931 vol 254 c196
3. Sir KINGSLEY WOOD

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he has now received a report of the Economic Committee of the League of Nations in relation to dumping, bounties and subsidies?

Mr. W. GRAHAM

The Committee is still in session, and I have accordingly not yet received any such report. If, however the right hon. Gentleman will repeat his question in a fortnight's time, it may be possible to give him some information.

Mr. ERNEST WINTERTON

Could the House have a concise and explicit definition of dumping?

Mr. SMITHERS rose
