§ Mr. GILLETT (Secretary, Overseas Trade Department)Yes, Sir. By virtue of Annex I to the Anglo-Chinese Tariff Autonomy Treaty of 20th December, 37 1928, we are entitled to most-favoured-nation treatment for our goods on importation into all parts of China.
