asked the Prime Minister if he will consider the possibility of finding time for the further stages of the National Industrial Council Bill during the present Session?

I am afraid I can hold out no hope of time being found for the discussion of this Bill.

Mr. MANDER

Will the Prime Minister consider finding time next Session?

I will do my best, but the present state of this Bill is that it is what is technically called, I believe, blocked.
