§ Miss BONDFIELDThe amount of Treasury advances to the Unemployment Fund outstanding to-day is £85,620,000 leaving an unexhausted balance of borrowing powers of £4,380,000. It is likely that this balance will be exhausted early in July, 1931, and further provision will be necessary before that date.
