§ Mr. CLYNESSince 21st May, when my right hon. Friend the Minister of Transport made the Public Service Vehicles (Lost Property) Provisional Regulations, 1931, the duty of handling and restoring property left in motor coaches in the Metropolitan Police District rests upon the operators of the coaches and no longer upon the police.
