§ 69. Mr. BROCKWAY (for Mr. W. J. BROWN)asked the First Commissioner of Works whether he will consider modifying the regulations which forbid the sale of literature and the taking of collections at meetings in the Royal parks?
§ Mr. LANSBURYI have given this matter very careful consideration from time to time, but, as I informed my hon. Friend in November last, I am convinced that it is in the best interests of the users of the parks generally not to alter the existing policy.
