§ Mr. THOMASIt is impossible to give any information. It depends entirely upon the arrangements made by the Canadian Government and their negotiations with the other Dominions. As far as His Majesty's Government in this 6 country are concerned, we have expressed the view that we are prepared to attend, if the conference is arranged to the mutual satisfaction of the Dominions.
